Shipping & Policies

Hello, thank you for your interest in my work! Please read this section thoroughly prior to placing your order.

Studio hours are Tuesday - Friday, 10am to 4pm Pacific time. Please allow up to two business days for a response to emails or messages sent over social media.

All products are listed in Canadian dollars. Prices for US customers are shown at the current conversion rate. Please note that some payment providers set their own conversion rates.

Processing time (on ready to ship pieces) is up to 5 business days after placing your order. Rings that are finished-to-size have a turnaround time of up to two weeks.

New collections can sell quickly on release days, so I always recommend creating an account on my website for faster checkout. Until I learn how to include a clickable link, you can do this by clicking the icon at the top right of the page.

Customs are currently closed, but may open up for specific designs in the future.

I do not offer presales on new collections, to keep it fair for everyone.

Your order will arrive in sustainable, reusable, and fully recyclable packaging. I will often print the shipping label and send the tracking information the day prior, so expect to see tracking updates starting the following day.

SHIPPING - Canada & US

All orders within Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post, tracked, and insured against loss or damage. Please choose the shipping option at checkout that best suits you - Expedited or Xpresspost - and the rates will be automatically calculated based on your location.

I cannot ship Internationally at this time.

Please note, the limit of insurance is $500cad for jewelry, as laid out by Canada Post. If your order (excluding shipping costs) exceeds the $500 insurance limit, I will ship in two separate tracked and insured packages.

I am not responsible for delays or fees due to Customs. In addition, I am legally required to state the accurate item value on the Customs Declaration, in Canadian dollars.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED:

You must take clear photographs of the damaged jewelry and packaging, and contact me as soon as possible. It is my responsibility to initiate a claim with Canada Post for damages and time is of the essence. Please keep all packaging as I will require photographs to support the claim. This does not apply if you damage your item after receiving it. It only applies to damage to your jewelry sustained during the shipping process.

IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN:

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time frame and has stopped scanning through the postage network, contact me and we will work together with Canada Post to file a report. Orders are insured for loss to a maximum of $500cad per package. This does not apply to missing packages that have been scanned in the postage system as "delivered."

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

Please ensure your address is accurate upon checkout. Your shipping information will be entered exactly as provided. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to me, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost to have the package re-shipped and re-insured. If the package disappears into the void as the result of an incorrect address entered at checkout, I am not responsible for replacing the contents.

Please ensure you know your ring size if you are purchasing a finished ring in a set size. Most rings can be slightly sized up, but not down. All rings are listed in US sizes.

All handmade jewelry is non-refundable. I am unable to accept cancellations or returns at this time. I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders in extenuating circumstances.

Apparently this needs to be said: purchasing my art *does not* give the buyer the permission nor the right to reproduce it for profit or personal use/gifts. In addition, do not reproduce my work at the request of a client. Ethics matter.
