The first ever Alluvium Ring! Featuring pale, powdery blue Starfox Variscite on a hand-textured band.
Size: 8.5 US, can be sized up 1/4 or 1/2 size
Alluvium Rings are unique to Cervidae Silver and were named after a natural process of the earth, where flowing water picks up sand, silt, gravel, and other organic matter that is then deposited on land, eventually creating fertile soil. The collective name of this matter is called alluvium.
This organic design is defined by an assortment of hammered .999 fine silver freeform granules. Each ring is entirely handcrafted using traditional metalsmithing techniques, incorporating similar elements to create a distinct piece of jewelry. A deep patina has been applied to bring out all the details, and the entire piece sealed with specialized wax to help protect from dirt, moisture, and fingerprints.
Please see the Jewelry Care section for further information on wearing, cleaning, and storing your new handmade sterling silver jewelry.
All photos are taken in natural light, under shade. Please note - while every effort is made to capture the accurate colour of the stones used in my work, they may appear slightly different in person than on a computer or phone screen.
